![]() Given I already held credentials, this should have been an easy process. I signed on with HealthTrust to provide locums support for a facility where I held hospital privileges. Going into work, I pick up the slack, assist over 4 nurses with their jobs, do my pct tasks and cna tasks, and only be appreciated for being the cna. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Įither going into work or being called off. Healthtrust claims to be culturally diverse, yet wrote me up twice for not being culturally diverse enough? What is the work environment and culture like at the company? I will never work for such an untrustworthy company again. Healthtrust goes right along with it, no investigation, no further action on my part just a write up, and eventually terminated. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Įverything was stressful, no schedule to rely on, as a CNA the hospitals had bo problem using a cna as the scapegoat, if anything goes wrong it is immediately the CNA'S fault. I didn't feel like I had support the entire year and a half working for Healthtrust Workforce Solutions. I could never rely on my schedule, on the company, on my peers, my supervisors or anyone. Some schedule flexibility, although you make your own schedule there are penalties for canceling your shift, the facility can cancel your shift within an hour and a half prior to the start of your shift which really made work difficult. ![]() What is the best part of working at the company? ![]()
